Shipping policy

- Domestic Shipping fees are based on cart size:
- FOR SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
- Cont. U.S. orders: Free Shipping
- FOR ONE-TIME ORDERS
- Cont. U.S. orders under $75: $6.99
- Cont. U.S. orders $75 and above: Free Shipping
- Domestic orders take 5-12 business days from order to delivery (including handling time + delivery).
- We do not ship Sparkling Tea/Iced Teas/Canned Beverages internationally. If an international order includes one of these restricted items, we will be required to cancel and refund those items.
- International with USPS (US Postal Service): Most international orders made using USPS take 8-24 days to arrive, but in some cases it can take longer. If you’re waiting for an international delivery and it’s been over 40 days, please let us know. Note that most of the time, this will be due to your country's customs holding the package for you to come pick it up.
- International with UPS: You may select UPS as an option for faster delivery and end-to-end tracking info. For some countries, UPS is the only option available.
- Alaska and Hawaii: We currently do not ship our Canned Beverages to Alaska and Hawaii. However, you may find us available on Amazon.
- Canadian orders: We currently do not ship to Canada from ZestTea.com. However, you may find us available on Amazon.
- European Union orders: We currently do not ship to EU countries from ZestTea.com. However, several European countries may find us available on Amazon.
- Shipping Rate Calculator (domestic + international): On your cart page, there is a shipping rate calculation tool. By entering your shipping destination, our system can estimate how much shipping will cost (based on cart content at the time) before finalizing your order.
- Handling time is currently 1-3 business days, but can sometimes be longer if we’re temporarily out of stock. If you haven’t received any updates about your order in 5 business days, please reach out to us for an update.
- Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive updates and tracking info via email as soon as your package has been accepted by the carrier and is on its way.
- All domestic orders are currently shipped using USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail.
- International orders are typically shipped using USPS First Class Package International, USPS Priority Mail International, UPS Worldwide Expedited, or UPS Worldwide Saver. These options may vary depending on your shipping destination.
