I've been drinking this tea twice a day, almost every day for over 4 years now. The energy without the crash has been absolutely huge for me. Coffee always made me crash, even now when i have an occasional cup of coffee, i'm exhausted 3-4 hours later. This NEVER happens with Zest. I'm so happy with my Zest Tea.
